RP Kallari AI Inc. (“RP Kallari”) respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information we collect through rpkallari.com, why we collect it, and how we protect it. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
When you book a discovery call: your name, email, phone number, company name, role, company size and any notes you choose to add.
When you send an inquiry: your name, email, organization and your message.
When you visit the site: basic, anonymous usage information such as pages visited and device type, collected by our website platform to help us improve the site.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and hold our conversation, and follow up on your inquiry. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Who can see it
Only Rafaela Portillo, founder of RP Kallari, sees your information. It is stored with the trusted service providers we use to run the site, bookings and email (Framer, and Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Bookings and Teams). These providers may store data outside Canada, and they protect it under their own security and privacy commitments.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it to respond to you or to support a working relationship. After that, we delete it.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email rafaela@rpkallari.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
